I’ve put this page on hold for a little while because I’m not in a Halloween mood currently.
These are the colors I was using for elements that weren’t fully colored yet:
This page started out as a salvage mission, not an actual coloring project. I’d smeared some Neocolor II’s from the other page on this side, unfortunately, and figured I’d try and make it look better again and then I fell in love with the scene!
Background was made with Distress crayons used dry and I’ve been coloring the characters with Derwent Inktense.
Last coloring session: early December, 2025.
A page I wasn’t in the mood for in December due to my feeling overwhelmed was this gorgeous scene from Animaux des Bois. I’ll get back to it at some point, I started working on it using Albrecht Dürer, but have since let go of those pencils. I’m thinking about finishing it with Derwent Drawing.
