In the mood for something else, I decided to play with my ecoline pots with this piece. Although it’s not on watercolor paper and the warping is pretty severe, I’m quite pleased with how this came out.
My main goal was to see if I could work wet in wet on this paper (answer is mostly no) and to practice color mixing as I’m very keen to get into actual watercolors for my coloring pages. It’s pretty different from what I usually do and more of a practice piece than a finished project, but I’m quite happy regardless! The colors are really pretty and I learned new stuff along the way 🙂
